Orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on destination. We currently ship within Spain and selected European countries.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched via SEUR or MRW. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that international orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@vodkandemotions.com within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage and packaging. Depending on the situation, we will offer either a replacement copy or a refund.

Because of the limited nature of this edition, returns or exchanges for any other reason cannot be accepted.
